My sincerest welcome to the newest Member, and congratulations to all Members of the Kenoza Lake Estates community! As a result of the sales of Lots 7 and 8, I am very pleased to report that more than half of the Phase I parcels are sold. The owner is eager to begin construction, which is anticipated to start in August / September 2013 and I have been retained for the architectural and design services.
