The sales closed a few weeks ago achieved a benchmark for a price increase slightly sooner than expected so we are delaying the increase to allow those of you on the fence the opportunity to move forward at the current pricing. Those of you just learning about Kenoza Lake can also take advantage of the current pricing until August 15, 2013. Lake access lots will then start at $58,000 and lakefront lots will start at $178,000.
