In previous attempts, my blog has been…. well, infrequent. I have spent the last six months doing research of how to best inform, educate, and perhaps occasionally entertain my readers. This post is the first of many to come, and yes, on a REGULAR basis. Regular meaning every 1-2 weeks you will see a new post discussing goings on at Kenoza Lake Estates, the neighborhood in general, and any other relevant news. What I particularly wish to encourage this time around is for you to comment. As I learned this spring, nothing is more important to the success and overall enjoyment of our community than your feedback and communication. Please consider the blog an open forum for discussion and I PROMISE you will receive a prompt reply to any questions or requests for additional information within 24 hours. Of course you can always contact me or my office directly if you don’t wish to comment publicly, but again please do comment in some form as often as you see fit.
The most important and exciting bit of news that I would first like to share is that we have entered into Contract for the sale of Lots 7 and 8 and will soon be welcoming a new owner to the community!! The anticipated date of closing is during the last week of June.
